An order — anything that has not arrived, arrived damaged, or was not what you expected. A photograph helps, but is not required.

A download link that expired — just say so. I will send a new one, no explanation needed.

Schools, preschools and libraries — tell me the setting and roughly how many copies. Multiple copies work differently from single ones and I would rather quote you properly than send you to a shopping basket.

Translation rights, licensing, or press — yes, and tell me which language or which publication.

Something you would like written about — parents send these more often than anything else, and they are read. There is no promise that a suggestion becomes a book, but the list of fifty came from somewhere.
