Shipping and returns

Every paperback is printed after you order it, rather than kept in a warehouse. It means nothing is ever out of stock, and it means a small wait before your parcel is sent.

Printing takes [PRINTING TIME — NOT YET CONFIRMED]. Shipping time comes on top of that.

Shipping is charged as a separate line at checkout, shown before you pay. There is no free shipping — the price of the book is the price of the book, and postage is what postage actually costs.

Delivery times are what the carrier usually manages, not a guarantee.

Ebooks are delivered by email, immediately, and have no shipping cost.

Email me a photograph within 14 days of delivery and I will send a replacement at no cost. You do not need to return the damaged copy — posting it back costs more than printing a new one.

If you are in the EU or the UK, you have 14 days from receiving a paperback to change your mind, for any reason at all. Email me and I will confirm the return address. The book needs to come back in a condition it can be resold in, and you cover the return postage. Once it arrives, I refund the price of the book and the standard shipping you originally paid.

Outside the EU and UK there is no automatic right to return an unwanted book, but talk to me anyway — I would rather sort something out than have you keep a book you do not want.

Ebooks cannot be returned once the download has started. You confirm this at checkout, which is what makes the file available to you straight away instead of after a two-week wait.

Get in touch. If tracking shows it lost, I reprint and resend it. If it shows delivered and it is not with you, tell me and we will work it out — this is a small publisher, not a claims department.
